This Shipping Policy governs the processing, packaging, shipment, and delivery of all sunglasses orders placed through our online store, with a focus on secure, careful handling to ensure every pair arrives in pristine, undamaged condition. We prioritize efficient order processing and reliable delivery, understanding that our customers are eager to receive their new eyewear promptly. All orders are processed and inspected in full following complete payment confirmation, with standard processing times of 2 to 4 business days, excluding weekends and national public holidays. Minor delays may occur during peak seasonal periods, holiday sales, or promotional events, and we will notify customers promptly via email if any unforeseen delays arise to maintain transparency.
Sunglasses are delicate, fragile items requiring specialized packaging to prevent scratches, lens damage, or frame bending during transit, and we use industry-leading protective materials for every shipment. Each pair is first placed in a soft, lint-free microfiber pouch to shield lenses and frames from scuffs, then securely nestled in a rigid, shock-resistant hard case to prevent crushing or impact damage. The hard case is wrapped in additional bubble wrap and placed in a sturdy, compact cardboard box, with void fill to eliminate movement inside the package during shipping. All packages are sealed securely and labeled with clear delivery information, with no visible branding or content details on the outside for privacy and security.
We partner with trusted, reputable shipping carriers to provide reliable domestic and international delivery services, with delivery times varying by destination and selected shipping method. Standard domestic delivery typically takes 4 to 8 business days after the order has been shipped, while international orders generally take 10 to 25 business days, depending on customs processing efficiency and local carrier speed in the destination country. Delivery times are provided as estimates only, and we are not responsible for delays caused by extreme weather conditions, customs inspections, carrier operational delays, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. We recommend placing orders in advance of vacations or special events to account for potential shipping delays.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on order weight, package dimensions, delivery destination, and selected shipping speed, with clear, upfront pricing displayed before final payment. All shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse. Customers are fully responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date shipping information, including full name, full physical address, postal code, and valid contact details; incomplete, incorrect, or outdated information may result in delayed delivery, failed delivery attempts, return to sender, or additional re-shipping fees, which the customer will be required to cover in full.
Once an order is shipped, a unique tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout, allowing customers to monitor their package’s real-time location and estimated delivery date online. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or missing packages that are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier; in such cases, customers must contact the carrier directly to resolve the issue, and we will provide all necessary tracking documentation to assist with the investigation. For sunglasses that arrive damaged due to shipping mishandling, customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by clear photos of the damaged item, hard case, and original packaging, to qualify for a replacement or refund. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or inspection charges imposed by the destination country, all of which are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping costs. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders to regions with severe shipping restrictions or unreliable carrier services.
