FAQ
This FAQ section addresses the most common customer questions regarding our sunglasses, ordering process, shipping, product care, and store policies to provide clear, concise guidance. For additional details or specific concerns, customers may refer to our full policy pages for comprehensive information.
One of the most frequently asked questions is about UV protection and lens quality: all our sunglasses provide 100% UVA and UVB protection, meeting international eyewear safety standards to shield eyes from harmful sun radiation. Polarized lens options are available on select styles, which reduce glare from water, roads, and snow, making them ideal for driving, fishing, and outdoor sports. Lenses are scratch-resistant and shatterproof, though they are not indestructible, and proper care will extend their lifespan. We offer a variety of lens tints, including classic black, brown, gray, and trendy colored tints, all providing consistent sun protection.
Customers often ask about frame materials and fit: our frames are made from lightweight acetate, durable metal, and flexible TR-90 plastic, all designed for long-term comfort and resistance to bending. We offer a range of sizes and styles to suit different face shapes—product pages include detailed frame width, lens height, and temple length measurements to help customers find the perfect fit. Many styles feature adjustable nose pads for a customized, secure fit that stays in place during daily activities.
Product care is another common inquiry: to keep sunglasses in top condition, always store them in the provided hard case when not in use to avoid scratches and damage. Clean lenses with the included microfiber cloth or a lint-free, soft cloth; avoid using paper towels, harsh chemicals, or household cleaners, as these can scratch lens coatings or damage frame finishes. Never place sunglasses face-down on hard surfaces, and avoid exposing them to extreme heat (such as a car dashboard) for prolonged periods, as heat can warp frames and damage lens coatings.
Order processing and shipping timelines are frequently asked: standard order processing takes 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), domestic shipping takes 4-8 business days, and international shipping takes 10-25 business days. Tracking numbers are sent to the customer’s email once the order ships, allowing real-time package monitoring. During peak summer or holiday seasons, processing and shipping times may be slightly longer due to high order volume, so we recommend ordering early.
Questions about returns and exchanges are highly common: to be eligible, sunglasses must be unused, in their original, undamaged condition, with all original packaging, tags, microfiber cloth, and hard case intact, and returned within 30 days of delivery. Worn, scratched, or altered sunglasses, or items missing original accessories, are not eligible for return or exchange. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or shipped incorrectly by our team. International returns are subject to additional shipping and customs fees, which the customer must cover.
International customers often ask about customs duties: all import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the order total. We recommend checking local import regulations before placing an order to avoid unexpected charges. Finally, our sunglasses come with a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects (such as loose hinges, faulty lenses, or frame defects); normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse are not covered.
